The Visa Application Centre is open Monday to Friday except Embassy holidays.

Submission of applications: 0830 hrs. - 1500 hrs.

Collection of passports: 1500 hrs. - 1630 hrs.

Call centre: 0830 hrs. - 1630 hrs.
